Epinephrine is a potent non-selective adrenergic agonist that stimulates alpha (α1, α2) and beta (β1, β2) adrenergic receptors, leading to widespread effects on the cardiovascular, respiratory, and metabolic systems. Its chemical structure is based on a catecholamine derivative, enabling rapid interaction with adrenergic receptors to mediate the “fight-or-flight” physiological response.

It is primarily used as an emergency medication for anaphylaxis, cardiac arrest, severe asthma exacerbations, and acute hypotension. Epinephrine’s multi-receptor activation induces vasoconstriction (via α1 receptors), increasing blood pressure and reducing mucosal edema, while β1 receptor stimulation enhances heart rate and myocardial contractility. Simultaneously, β2 receptor activation leads to bronchodilation, alleviating airway obstruction. This broad mechanism of action makes epinephrine critical in reversing life-threatening allergic reactions and restoring cardiac function during resuscitation.

Our Epinephrine is manufactured under strict GMP conditions, ensuring the highest quality standards. The product undergoes rigorous quality control testing for identity, potency, purity, and safety before release.
